The following terms apply to all Domain Name Registration and Hosting subscriptions purchased through Ngayo Business:

• Domain and Hosting subscriptions renew yearly at €120.
• The annual plan includes: Web Hosting, Domain Registration, SSL Secure, and Spam Protection.
• Customers receive renewal reminder emails 3 weeks and 1 week before the renewal date.
• Subscriptions renew automatically on the renewal date. The saved payment method will be charged €120.
• If payment is not completed by the renewal date, a late fee of €20 will be added to the invoice (total: €140).
• The subscription will be marked as "Past Due" until full payment (including any late fee) is completed.
• Ngayo Business reserves the right to suspend domain and hosting services for subscriptions that remain unpaid beyond 30 days after the renewal date.
• To cancel auto-renewal, customers must contact support@ngayo.com at least 7 days before the renewal date.
